I’m a theatremaker from California who started traveling in 2017, and I’ve since completely reorganized my life around solo backpacking and atypical adventure. 47 US states and 47 countries later, I’m here to confess all my travel mishaps and dispel the myths of this ever-elusive lifestyle.
My goal is to demystify backpacking for other travel-hopefuls surviving on a shoestring budget, and to use this space as a platform for all the travel writing I’ve kept hidden in the dark corners of my Google Drive while grappling with the intersections of privilege, identity, and travel ethics.
